RZMP-101 Methanol-to-Propylene (MTP) Catalyst is jointly developed and industrially produced by Zhongnai Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. and Sinopec Research Institute of Petroleum Processing. This catalyst utilizes MFI-structure molecular sieves as the active component, combined with an active matrix through extrusion molding. It features high propylene selectivity, excellent activity stability, and a long overall service life, effectively enhancing the comprehensive performance of MTP units. The RZMP-101 catalyst is suitable for catalyzing MTP reactions in fixed-bed reactors to achieve high propylene yields. The MTP reaction refers to the process in which methanol, or an equilibrium mixture of methanol and dimethyl ether (formed by partial dehydration of methanol), undergoes dehydration under high-temperature conditions in the presence of a catalyst to produce light olefins, primarily propylene, with by-products including dry gas, LPG, and gasoline fractions. Currently, the MTP catalyst developed and produced by our company has been in normal operation at Datang Inner Mongolia Duolun Coal Chemical Co., Ltd., with stable and reliable performance.
