Zhongnai Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. covers a total area of 150 mu (approximately 100,000 m²) with a construction area exceeding 150,000 m². It houses a Catalyst Materials Laboratory, a Catalyst Technology R&D Laboratory, a Catalyst Pilot Evaluation Laboratory, fully automated catalyst preparation production lines, joint R&D centers established in collaboration with various chemical research institutes, and cooperative R&D bases with multiple universities.
The company operates a 2,500-ton-per-year fully automated petrochemical hydrogenation catalyst production line and a 2,000-ton-per-year fully automated coal chemical catalyst production line, capable of producing hydrogenation catalysts, methanol-to-propylene catalysts, and sulfur-tolerant shift catalysts, among others. We are able to produce carriers and catalysts in various specifications and models, having already manufactured nearly 10,000 tons of catalysts that have been successfully applied in large-scale petrochemical and coal chemical facilities such as Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical and Datang Duolun Coal Chemical.
The first phase of the project represents a total investment of RMB 420 million, covering an area of 29 mu (approximately 19,333 m²) with a construction area of 20,000 m². It has completed an automated production line for petroleum hydrogenation catalysts with an annual output of 2,000 tons, as well as a modern technology R&D center covering over 3,000 m².
The second phase is planned with an investment of RMB 760 million, covering 130 mu (approximately 86,667 m²) with a construction area of 100,000 m². It is scheduled to build pilot testing lines for hydrocracking catalysts, coal-to-ethylene glycol catalysts, residue hydrogenation catalysts, coal tar catalysts, hydrotreating catalysts, methanol-to-propylene (MTP) catalysts, and propane dehydrogenation (PDH) catalysts, along with 5 fully automated catalyst production lines, each covering 3,000 m².
