This residue hydrotreating catalyst series is independently developed, scaled up, and manufactured by Zhongnai. The full series comprises five models: ZRH-101ASP, ZRH-101ASR, ZRH-201ASR, ZRH-301ASR, and ZRH-401ASR.
The ZRH series residue hydrotreating catalysts are suitable for down-flow fixed-bed processes, such as SINOPEC Fushun Research Institute's S-RHT process, SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing's RHT process, and UOP's RCD Unibon process, among others. The ZRH series catalysts meet stringent customer requirements with a minimal number of catalyst types and maximum durability. They operate stably and can accommodate fluctuations in feed oil quality within a certain range, ensuring that product specifications are consistently met with a cycle length of no less than 12 months.
The series catalysts are loaded in a graded configuration, with the first two catalysts being HDM catalysts featuring large pore volumes capable of accommodating sufficient metal deposits. This design prevents pressure drop build-up caused by metal deposition, thereby extending the overall service life of the catalyst series.
