This flexible hydrocracking catalyst is prepared using the impregnation method, with highly active molecular sieves as the cracking component and Ni and W as the primary hydrogenation components. The catalyst is relatively sensitive to temperature, allowing flexible switching between maximum naphtha production mode and maximum diesel production mode. It offers the advantages of high activity, long service life, high flexibility, high aromatic potential content in naphtha, high diesel cetane number, and a low BMCI value of the unconverted oil.
