Entering the fantasy city for the first time and shocking the vision

On the day of the event, the sun was shining brightly. When the employees arrived at "Only Henan·Drama Fantasy City", they were immediately shocked by the magnificent buildings in front of them. The 15-meter-high rammed earth wall is undulating, like the folds of history, telling the vicissitudes of thousands of years. The huge four characters "Only Henan" are particularly eye-catching under the blue sky.

"It's so spectacular! I feel like I have traveled to another time and space instantly." Xiao Wang from the Administration Department excitedly took photos. Under the guidance of the tour guide, everyone walked through the Wheat Field Square. The golden wheat waves undulated with the wind, symbolizing the harvest and hope of the Central Plains. It also symbolized the spirit of Zhongnai people taking root in the earth and growing vigorously like wheat.

The core part of this team building is watching special theater performances. The company planned the route in advance and watched multiple plays such as "Train Station Theater", "Lijiacun Theater" and "Huancheng Theater" in groups.

In "Lijiacun Theater", employees wore specific costumes and, as "villagers", experienced the historical scenes of the Henan Great Famine in 1942. The difficult choices made in order to survive and continue the bloodline in the play brought tears to the eyes of many employees. "At that moment, I deeply realized the meaning of 'endless life'. The tenacity of our ancestors is the cornerstone of our happy life today." Lao Zhang from the Engineering Department said emotionally.

"Fantasy City Theater" uses high-tech sound and light technology to "resurrection" historical figures such as Confucius, Li Bai, and Su Shi, and engage in dialogues across time and space with the audience. Xiao Li from the R&D Department said: "This kind of viewing experience is unprecedented. It is not simply watching a show, but allows us to truly enter history and feel the richness of culture."

In addition to watching the drama, the event also set up a "maze exploration" challenge. "Only Henan" has a complex underground space and above-ground maze. Employees from various departments are mixed and grouped together. They need to find designated check-in points and complete team tasks within a limited time.

In this process, everyone has a clear division of labor. Some are responsible for reading the map and navigating, some are responsible for liaison and coordination, and some are responsible for encouraging the team members. Manager Wang from the marketing department said: "It's like when we are doing engineering projects, we will encounter various complex road conditions and problems, but as long as the team thinks in one place and works hard in one place, there will be no maze that cannot be exited." While everyone was running and laughing, they broke down departmental barriers and enhanced mutual understanding and trust.

In the evening, the setting sun shines on the rammed earth walls, casting a golden light. The company held a brief summary and sharing meeting in Wheatfield Square.
