In the golden autumn season, the project is "fruitful". In accordance with the unified arrangements of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, on September 28, our city and the province simultaneously held the sixth phase of the "Three Batches" project construction activities, focusing on signing, starting, and putting into production a number of major projects, further setting off a new upsurge in project construction in the city, enhancing new momentum for development, and welcoming the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with new results in project construction. Fan Wenqing, Jin Kaiwei and other city leaders witnessed the project signing, attended the groundbreaking ceremony, and observed the project being put into operation.

Our city first listened to the province's sixth "Three Batches" project construction promotion meeting at the Changyuan branch venue. Subsequently, in accordance with the unified arrangements of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, the "three batches" activities were carried out. This time our city participated in the province's sixth "signing batch" of 13 projects worth more than 100 million yuan, with a total investment of 9.933 billion yuan. Among them, three projects are planned to be included in the provincial ledger, namely the southern area construction project of the high-end intelligent lifting equipment industrial park invested by Sichuan Zhenghe Crane Co., Ltd. with a RMB 5 billion investment, the Zhongnai-Cotex (Beijing) joint pilot test line industrial park project invested by the Cotes (Beijing) New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. with a RMB 1 billion investment, and the Gaoyuan 1.5 million tons annual output hydraulic turbine project invested by Nanjing Canyon Energy Technology Co., Ltd. with a RMB 400 million investment. Participated in the province's sixth "start batch" of 24 major projects worth over 100 million yuan, with a total investment of 8.336 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 2.261 billion yuan.

Among them, there are 22 advanced manufacturing projects with a total investment of 7.216 billion yuan; 1 modern service industry project with a total investment of 1 billion yuan; and 1 energy project with a total investment of 120 million yuan. Participated in 48 major projects of over 100 million yuan in the sixth phase of the province's "commissioning batch", with a total investment of 12.861 billion yuan. Among them, there are 28 advanced manufacturing projects with a total investment of 5.775 billion yuan; 8 infrastructure projects with a total investment of 1.194 billion yuan; 6 agriculture, forestry and water conservancy projects with a total investment of 4.510 billion yuan; 3 modern service industry projects with a total investment of 506 million yuan; and one social undertaking, ecological environmental protection, and energy project each with a total investment of 876 million yuan. An investment is a breath of fresh blood, and a project is a new growth pole. The smooth implementation of these major construction projects and the successful commissioning of completed projects will surely further consolidate the city's high-quality development trend and contribute more to making the Central Plains more outstanding and demonstrating Xinxiang's greater achievements.
