The Programmable Temperature Muffle Furnace is a core piece of equipment used in the R&D and production of catalytic materials for support forming, calcination after active component loading, catalyst regeneration, and heat treatment. Unlike ordinary muffle furnaces that can only perform isothermal heating, the programmable temperature muffle furnace is equipped with multi-segment precise temperature control capabilities, enabling complex heat treatment processes to be carried out strictly according to preset heating ramps, hold times, and cooling curves. This is crucial for controlling the catalyst's crystalline phase structure, specific surface area, pore size distribution, active component dispersion, and mechanical strength, directly determining the final catalyst performance (activity, selectivity, and service life). In 2025–2026, with the advancement of R&D in new energy catalysis (such as hydrogen energy and carbon capture), environmental catalysis (VOCs abatement and denitrification), and fine chemical catalysts, the demands for calcination process precision have become extremely high, making the programmable temperature muffle furnace a standard piece of equipment in both laboratories and pilot-scale lines.
