This ZNTH-01 type straight-run naphtha reforming pre-hydrotreating catalyst is prepared using special γ-Al₂O₃ as the support and Mo and Ni as the active components, through the co-impregnation method. During the catalyst preparation process, special additives are incorporated to ensure that the active components are highly dispersed on the support surface, avoiding strong interactions between the support and the active components. The resulting active metal precursor states can be fully transformed into active centers with intrinsically high activity during the sulfidation process, which helps to improve the effective utilization of hydrogenation active metals and thereby enhances the catalytic performance of the catalyst. This catalyst is suitable for use as a refining catalyst for reforming pre-hydrotreating feedstocks, including straight-run naphtha, hydrocracked naphtha, and blended oils containing a certain proportion of catalytic naphtha.
